Upped the shoulder presses

I’ve upped the weight on the sets of shoulder presses in my morning workout from 15 lbs to 20 lbs.

My evening workouts have not been happening. I’ve been either sick or on the road for about six weeks since the beginning of the year, and catching up with work has taken up the time I would normally put into the evening workout. At least that’s the excuse I’m sticking to. Nevertheless, I’m pleased with the results from my morning workouts, and that pleasure will only increase once I manage to get back to this twice a day.
