Pumping more for my pecs

I’ve managed to up the ante with my pectoral development. I’m now doing:

  • 2 sets of 40 “man-style” push-ups (up from 2 sets of 75 “girl-style” push-ups)
  • 3 sets of incline chest presses, 20 lbs, 15 reps (up from 15 lbs)
  • 3 sets of chest flies, 20 lbs, 15 reps (up from 15lbs)

I am starting to see my pecs stand out quite a bit more, and sometimes feel like beating my chest and howling like Tarzan! (But I still have those troublesome boobs in the way, not for long…)
